Receipts of Trustees to discharge purchasers

3. Receipts of Trustees to discharge purchasers

The receipts of the Trustees or of the survivors or survivor of them for the
purchase money of any of the said lands shall be effectual discharges to the
purchaser thereof who shall be in no manner concerned to see to the
application of the purchase money.
