Vacation of office

8. Vacation of office

The office of an appointed member of the Trust becomes vacant if the member-

   (a)  dies; or

   (b)  resigns his or her office by notice in writing to the Trust; or

   (c)  becomes insolvent; or

   (d)  becomes a represented person within the meaning of the
        Guardianship and Administration Act 1986.
