Membership

7. Membership



(1) The Trust consists of not less than 3 members.

(2) One member must be the Bishop.

(3) The other members must be people appointed by the Bishop.

(4) A member appointed by the Bishop holds office for the period specified by
the Bishop when the appointment is made.
