PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purpose

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to establish a corporate trustee for the Coptic
Orthodox Church within the Diocese of Melbourne and Affiliated Regions to hold
property for the benefit of the Coptic Orthodox Church in that Diocese, to
provide for the vesting of certain property in the corporate trustee and to
cancel the incorporation of certain associations.
