CRIMES (CONTROLLED OPERATIONS) ACT 2004 - SECT 48
Savings provision(1) Sections 40 and 41 apply to the Commissioner in respect of the documents and the register previously kept by the Director in relation to the Office of Police Integrity immediately before the commencement of section 16 of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Amendment (Investigative Functions) Act 2012 .
(2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to the Commissioner's functions under sections 40 and 41 as the chief officer of a law enforcement agency.
