45. Delegations within the Office of Police Integrity



(1) The chief officer of the Office of Police Integrity may delegate to a
senior officer of the Office of Police Integrity the chief officer's function
of making notifications under section 34(2).

(2) In this section-

senior officer of the Office of Police Integrity means a prescribed member of
staff of the Office of Police Integrity who holds a position, or is a member
of a class, that is prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this
definition.
