Introduction

43. Introduction



(1) Except as provided by this Division (and despite any other Act or law to
the contrary) the functions of a chief officer under this Act may not be
delegated to any other person.

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, subsection (1) prevails over section 6A or
102F of the Police Regulation Act 1958.
