Form of variation of authority

24. Form of variation of authority

A variation of authority must-

   (a)  identify the authorised operation for which the authority is in force;
        and

   (b)  state the name and rank or position of the person varying the
        authority; and

   (c)  state the date and time when the authority was varied; and

   (d)  if the authority was varied on an application under section 21-

   (i)  state the name of the applicant; and

   (ii) state whether the application was a formal variation application or an
        urgent variation application; and

   (e)  describe the variation having regard, if an application for variation
        was made, to the purposes referred to in section 21(1) in respect of
        which the application was made.
