41. Saving of Council

The Victorian Coastal Council is deemed to be the same body as the Victorian
Coastal and Bay Management Council despite the change in its name and any
change in its membership resulting from the amendment of this Act by the
Conservation, Forests and Lands (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1998.
