Time for decision

39. Time for decision



(1) Subject to subsection (3), the Minister must make a decision within 28
days after receiving an application for consent to use or develop coastal
Crown land.

(2) The Minister may ask for additional information in respect of an
application.

(3) If additional information is requested, the Minister must decide the
application within 28 days after receipt of that further information.
