Amendment or remaking of plan

35. Amendment or remaking of plan



(1) If the Secretary or a committee of management of an area has prepared a
management plan under this Division, the Secretary or committee-

   (a)  may at any time prepare an amendment to the plan; and

   (b)  must at the end of the 3 year period to which the plan applies prepare
        a new plan for the area in accordance with this Division.

(2) This Division applies to the amendment of a management plan in the same
way as it does to a management plan.
