Approval of management plan

32. Approval of management plan



(1) The Secretary or committee of management must refer a completed management
plan to the Minister for approval.

(2) The Minister may-

   (a)  approve the management plan; or

   (b)  approve the management plan with amendments; or

   (c)  refuse to approve the management plan.
