Preparation of management plan

30. Preparation of management plan



(1) The Secretary may prepare a management plan for any area of coastal Crown
land.

(2) A committee of management of coastal Crown land reserved under the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 may prepare a management plan for the whole or
any part of that land.

(3) The Secretary or a committee of management must, at the direction of the
Minister, prepare a management plan under this section for an area within a
time specified by the Minister.

(4) This section does not apply to any park within the meaning of the
National Parks Act 1975.
