Notice of endorsed Plan

27. Notice of endorsed Plan



(1) The Minister must cause notice of the endorsement of a Coastal Action Plan
to be published in the Government Gazette as soon as practicable after it is
endorsed under section 26.

(2) The Plan comes into operation on the date that notice is published in the
Government Gazette or on any later day stated in the Plan.
