Endorsement of Plan

26. Endorsement of Plan



(1) If the Council approves a Coastal Action Plan, it must refer it to the
Minister for endorsement.

(2) The Minister, on the recommendation of the Council, may endorse in whole
or in part or with amendments any Plan referred to him or her under this
section.
