Submission of draft Plan to Council

25. Submission of draft Plan to Council



(1) On completion of a draft Coastal Action Plan, the Board must refer it to
the Council for consideration.

(2) The Council must consider the draft Plan and may-

   (a)  approve the Plan; or

   (b)  refer the draft Plan back to the Board for further consideration or
        amendment.
