Notice of endorsed Strategy

18. Notice of endorsed Strategy



(1) The Minister must cause notice of the endorsement of the Victorian Coastal
Strategy to be published in the Government Gazette as soon as practicable
after it is endorsed under section 17.

(2) The Strategy comes into operation on the date that notice is published in
the Government Gazette or on any later day stated in the Strategy.
