Commutation of pension entitlement

115A. Commutation of pension entitlement



(1) A person receiving a pension under this Part may elect in writing to the
Board to convert his or her pension entitlement to a lump sum.

(2) The amount of the lump sum payment is to be determined by the Board on the
advice of an actuary.
