Administration of this Part

100A. Administration of this Part



(1) This Part is to be administered by the Board which administers a public
sector superannuation scheme and is appointed by the Minister by notice
published in the Government Gazette to be the administrator of this Part.

(2) A reference in this Part to-

   (a)  the Pensions Tribunal or the Tribunal is to be construed as a
        reference to the Board; and

   (b)  the Chairman of the Tribunal is to be construed as a reference to the
        President or Chairperson of the Board, as the case may be.
