Who is liable for levy?

9. Who is liable for levy?



(1) The owner of premises is liable to pay the levy imposed on leviable
parking spaces on the premises.

(2) In the case of a public car park, the operator of the public car park is
jointly and severally liable with the owner of the premises to pay the levy
imposed on leviable parking spaces in the public car park.
