Parking for people attending special events

20. Parking for people attending special events

A parking space is an exempt parking space if it is set aside or used
exclusively for the parking of a motor vehicle in conjunction with a
particular event and at all other times is not available for the parking of a
motor vehicle. Example Parking spaces in Yarra Park that are only available
when events are held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground or Melbourne Park.
