18A. Parking spaces owned by consulates, consular officers etc.



(1) A parking space is an exempt parking space if it is owned by-

   (a)  a consular post within the meaning of the Vienna Convention on
        Consular Relations; or

   (b)  a consular officer or consular employee within the meaning of the
        Vienna Convention on Consular Relations; or

   (c)  a relative of a person referred to in paragraph (b) who is residing in
        the same household.

(2) In this section-

Vienna Convention on Consular Relations means the Vienna Convention on
Consular Relations done at Vienna on 24 April 1963.
