17. Parking for visitors and loading bays



(1) A parking space is an exempt parking space if it is set aside or used
exclusively for the parking without charge of a motor vehicle-

   (a)  by a person who is a client, patient or consultant of the person who
        provides the parking space; or

   (b)  by a person who is providing maintenance services to the owner or
        occupier of the premises on which the parking space is located; or

   (c)  by a person who is visiting the premises on which the parking space is
        located, unless those premises are the person's usual place of
        business or work; or

   (d)  by a person engaged in loading or unloading goods or passengers.





(2) A parking space is an exempt parking space if it is set aside and used
exclusively for the parking of a motor vehicle by a person whilst a patient of
a hospital or whilst visiting or accompanying a patient of a hospital.
