Statutory ratio for public car parks

14. Statutory ratio for public car parks



(1) For the purpose of assessing the levy for a year in respect of premises
that were a public car park at any time in the previous year, the Commissioner
must assume that 75% of the parking spaces in that car park (other than exempt
parking spaces) are leviable parking spaces.

(2) This section is subject to section 15.
