Notice of CPI adjusted levy

12. Notice of CPI adjusted levy



(1) The Commissioner must publish the CPI adjusted levy for a levy year on an
appropriate website on or before 1 December in the previous year.

(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) in respect of a levy year does not
affect the operation of section 11 in respect of the levy payable for that
year.
