62. Saving of licence-Aireys Inlet Recreation Reserve

Despite the commencement of section 26(5) of the 2006 Act, any petroleum
exploration permit over any part of the land described in Division 3 of Part 5
of the Fifth Schedule granted under Part 3 of the Petroleum Act 1998 and that
was in force immediately before that commencement continues in force on and
after that commencement, subject to its terms and conditions.
