59. Licences to cut and take away forest produce-Jancourt Nature Conservation
Reserve



(1) On and from the commencement of section 26(1) of the 2006 Act, section 52
of the Forests Act 1958 continues to apply (despite anything to the contrary
in this Act) to enable a licence to be granted under that section to cut and
take away forest produce for firewood in respect of any part of the land shown
hatched on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered

LEGL./06-062. Any licence so granted may be dealt with under section 52 of
that Act.

(2) This section expires on 30 June 2010.
