50C. Continuation of grazing licences-2005 Act

Despite the commencement of section 27(1) of the 2005 Act, any grazing licence
granted over land described in Division 10 of Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule
under section 130 of the Land Act 1958 and existing immediately before that
commencement continues in force on the same terms and conditions as those
applying to it immediately before that commencement.
