Purposes for land in Part 5 of the Fifth Schedule

47A. Purposes for land in Part 5 of the Fifth Schedule

Each area of land described in a Division of Part 5 of the Fifth Schedule is
deemed to be permanently reserved under section 4 for public purposes, being
in particular, the purposes set out in that Division of that Part.
