47. Land in Part 4 of Fifth Schedule deemed to be historic and cultural
features reserves

Each area of land described in a Division of Part 4 of the Fifth Schedule is
deemed to be permanently reserved under section 4 for public purposes, being
in particular, the purposes of the protection of historic and cultural
features.
