46. Land in Part 3 of Fifth Schedule deemed to be natural features reserves

Each area of land described in a Division of Part 3 of the Fifth Schedule is
deemed to be permanently reserved under section 4 for public purposes, being
in particular, the purposes of the protection of natural features.
