45. Land in Part 2 of Fifth Schedule deemed to be cultural and natural
heritage reserves

Each area of land described in a Division of Part 2 of the Fifth Schedule is
deemed to be permanently reserved under section 4 for public purposes being,
in particular, the purposes of the protection of cultural and natural
heritage.
