Land in Part 1 of Fifth Schedule deemed to be nature conservation reserves

44. Land in Part 1 of Fifth Schedule deemed to be nature conservation reserves

Each area of land described in a Division of Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule is
deemed to be permanently reserved under section 4 for public purposes being,
in particular, the purposes of nature conservation.
