Transitional provisions

29P. Transitional provisions

A special event management declaration may contain provisions of a
transitional nature consequent on the making of the declaration, including-

   (a)  provisions for the construction of references in any instrument or in
        any other document of any kind; and

   (b)  provisions relating to the end of a special event period or the
        declaration period.
