Leases may provide for removal of buildings and restoration of land

17G. Leases may provide for removal of buildings and restoration of land

A lease under this Act may provide that the lessor may require the lessee to
undertake the removal of any building or structure on the land and the
restoration of the site to the satisfaction of the lessor after the expiry of
the lease.
