39. Re-structuring costs



(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing served on the trustee, require it
to pay a specified amount to the State in respect of the costs incurred by the
State in connection with the winding-up of the former Board and the transfer
of its property, rights and liabilities.

(2) The trustee must, within the period specified in the notice, pay the
specified amount out of the fund to the Minister for payment into the
Consolidated Fund.

(3) An amount payable under this section may be recovered in a court of
competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the State.
