Substitution of party to agreement

32. Substitution of party to agreement

Where, under an allocation statement, the rights and liabilities of the former
Board under an agreement vest in or are allocated to the State in accordance
with a direction under section 27-

   (a)  the State becomes, on the relevant date, a party to the agreement in
        place of the former Board; and

   (b)  on and after the relevant date, the agreement has effect as if the
        State had always been a party to the agreement.
