22. Transitional provisions (working sub-contractors)



(1) A working sub-contractor to whom Parts V and VI of the former Act applied
immediately before the commencement day is deemed to have made an election
referred to in section 4(4) of this Act.

(2) An election deemed to have been made by force of subsection (1) may be
revoked by the working sub-contractor in accordance with the trust deed.
