Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1997 - SECT 1 

PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purpose

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to repeal the Construction Industry Long Service
Leave Act 1983 and provide for the scheme established by that Act to be
administered in accordance with a trust deed by a company incorporated under
the Corporations Law1.
