Corresponding laws and orders

73B. Corresponding laws and orders

The Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Victorian Minister, by
Order published in the Government Gazette, may declare-

   (a)  that a law of a State (other than this State) is a corresponding law
        for the purposes of this Part;

   (b)  that a type of order under the law of a participating State is an
        interstate supervision order for the purposes of this Part.
