PART 7A INTERSTATE TRANSFER OF PERSONS SUBJECT TO SUPERVISION ORDERS

Definitions

73A. Definitions

In this Part- corresponding law means a law that, under an order in force
under section 73B, is declared to be a corresponding law for the purposes of
this Part; corresponding Minister, in relation to a participating State means
the Minister or Ministers of that State who is or are responsible for the
administration of the corresponding law of that State; interstate supervision
order means an order of a type that is declared to be an interstate
supervision order under an order in force under section 73B, for the purposes
of this Part; participating State means a State in which a corresponding law
is in force; State includes Territory; Victorian Minister means the Minister
administering this Part or, if there is more than one Minister administering
this Part, those Ministers acting jointly.
