Offences

73. Offences

A person must not-

   (a)  insult a member of the Panel in or in relation to the exercise of the
        powers or functions as a member; or

   (b)  repeatedly interrupt the proceedings of the Panel; or

   (c)  create a disturbance or take part in creating a disturbance in or near
        a place where the Panel is sitting; or

   (d)  do any other act or thing that would, if the Panel were a court of
        record, constitute a contempt of that court.

Penalty: 10 penalty units. __________________
