Functions of the Panel

60. Functions of the Panel

The functions of the Panel are-

   (a)  to hear applications for leave of absence, and appeals in respect of
        special leave of absence applications, by forensic patients and
        forensic residents;

   (b)  any other functions conferred on the Panel by or under this or any
        other Act.
