Leave plan for extended leave

57A. Leave plan for extended leave

If an application is made to the court for extended leave, a leave plan must
be prepared and filed with the court by-

   (a)  in the case of a forensic patient-the authorised psychiatrist for the
        approved mental health service;

   (b)  in the case of a forensic resident-the Secretary to the Department of
        Human Services.
