What is limited off-ground leave?

53. What is limited off-ground leave?

Limited off-ground leave allows a forensic patient or forensic resident to be
absent from the place of custody-

   (a)  between the hours of 6.00 am and 9.00 pm; and



   (b)  outside those hours on a maximum of 3 days in any 7 day period.
