What are the surrounds?

52. What are the surrounds?



(1) The surrounds, in relation to an approved mental health service or a
residential service, is the area declared under subsection (2) to be the
surrounds in relation to that service.

(2) The Governor-in-Council, by notice published in the Government Gazette,
may declare an area surrounding or adjacent to an approved mental health
service or a residential service to be the surrounds in relation to that
approved mental health service or residential service.
