Distribution of report

44. Distribution of report



(1) A person who makes a report under section 42 must give the report to the
Director of Public Prosecutions a reasonable time before the hearing is to
take place.

(2) The Director of Public Prosecutions must, as soon as practicable-

   (a)  file a copy of the report with the court; and

   (b)  give a copy of the report to the person who is, or is to be made
        subject to, the order or his or her legal practitioner.
