Application for variation or revocation of supervision order

31. Application for variation or revocation of supervision order



(1) Any of the following may apply to the court that made a supervision order
for a variation of the order (in the case of a custodial supervision order) or
a variation or revocation of the order (in the case of a non-custodial
supervision order)-

   (a)  the person subject to the order;

   (b)  a person having the custody, care, control or supervision of that
        person;

   (c)  the Director of Public Prosecutions;

   (d)  the Attorney-General.





(2) If the court refuses an application under this section by a person who is
subject to a custodial supervision order, a later application cannot be made
by that person for 3 years or such lesser period as the court directs.
