Effect of finding of not guilty because of mental impairment

23. Effect of finding of not guilty because of mental impairment

If a defendant is found not guilty because of mental impairment, the court
must-

   (a)  declare that the defendant is liable to supervision under Part 5; or

   (b)  order the defendant to be released unconditionally3.
