Cancellation of evidence of assumed identity

16. Cancellation of evidence of assumed identity



(1) The chief officer of an issuing agency who produces evidence of an assumed
identity under this Part must cancel the evidence if directed in writing to do
so by the chief officer who requested the evidence.

(2) In this section-

cancel includes delete or alter an entry in a record of information.
